Capital Financial Corporation specializes in the placement
of small ticket leasing portfolios.
Size - $3 to $5 million. We will consider special cases of $10 million or more
Equipment - Small-ticket commercial equipment (each having an original cost of $75,000 or less, excluding owner-operated and titled vehicles)
Term - 36 to 60 months
Rate - Yield on comparable maturity U.S. Treasury Note or Prime Rate plus X basis points, as determined by internal credit analysis.
Recourse - Limited recourse to Seller based on proprietary risk assessment model
Servicing - Seller retains portfolio servicing of leases
Residuals - We do not fund residual values, only lease payment streams.
